Mob numbers

I suggest that you add more mobs and more spawns to everywhere. Seeing that there is over 250 people now its a little hard to cram 30 people at a spawn with only 6 mobs. Specially when mages take the entire spawn to themselves. So just adding more spawns gives a variation to where you can train and maybe get some levels without ksing your way to the top.
