Help a lady plz

Can some1 plz help me, i have a big problem.
Well ill start from the begining. y pc was gettin hot so i turned it off for 20mins
when i turned it back on and tried to log on the server it said "there is a problem in the anit hacking system this program well not Close"
If any1 can help me plz do, im not the person that understand this T_T
i would appreciate it a lot
oh btw i got this problem b4 the server went offline.

i know of only two ways to resolve this, one you reinstall the client, or 2 get your OS CD and boot from disc in startup by pressing f12 or something and click custom install and then make your account again, all your files will be lost!! install chilla kal, i couldn't use the first step when this happened to me andthe 2nd one worked, i do not know of any other way

before you delete all your files.
try to run your virusscan.
i had same on an other server, i deleted all the virusses in my pc
never had the problem again.
